100% pure and natural Spanish honey. This honey is the result of incessant bees going back and forth between fields of various flowers form which the flavor derives. It is great for cooking, especially to accompany meats. 

Colour: amber – dark amber.
Aroma: floral, with a clear and marked woody component, like dry wood. Thousand flowers honey comes from several simultaneous blooms and has a highly variable color and flavor.
Taste: sweet with salty notes and, frequently, with bitter and acid notes depending on the area.
Touch: low crystallization tendency, except if accompanied by important Fabaceae (legumes).

It has anti-inflammatory properties, it is known as a digestive and also has healing properties. This honey receives all the properties of a multitude of medicinal plants since it is collected only once in the season, being made with the nectar of flowers from all seasons of the year.
