Dama Blanca - Spain - Flower of Salt, Flakes - 150 g

Dama Blanca flower of salt flakes are harvested in the Bay of Cadiz Natural Park, Spain. It is an ecological sea salt harvested by hand, which is born after submerging the flower of salt in the crsitalizer, where it remains for 24 hours for its subsequent recollection and drying by the sun and the summer wind. It provides an excellent crunchy and aesthetic touch as well as enhancing the flavours of already cooked dishes. It marries very well with meats, fish, salads and strong, sweet ingredients.
