Cindy Figer, the current President and Owner of New Canaan Farms out of Dripping Springs, has been able to usher in a new era of their product lines. The Twelve Oaks brand is less Texan, than the company's original path, but still appeals to the loyal market whilst appealing to a new one. Inside every item is a quality controlled small batch big flavor, used with only the mindfulness of creating a premium product; whether it be their jam, jellies, salsa, or dips.
